The direct brow lift uses a thin incision above the brow line to adjust the position of the entire brow. The advantage of the direct brow lift is that it means we have good control over the outcomes so that we can meet your goals, and it has a long-lasting effect. If there is also hooded upper eyelid skin, the brow lift is usually combined with upper eyelid blepharoplasty for a hidden incision and optimal approach.

Will I have visible scarring?
We understand that one of the most common concerns with facial surgery is scarring. Any incisions are made to be hidden just above the brow line for coverage. We also use Scars-less™️ technology to reduce healing time and decrease the amount of visible scarring. Where possible, we perform surgery internally to eliminate scarring.
Will my scars completely disappear?
