Although toxin cannot be reversed, small adjustments can be made at 2-3 weeks after treatment.

Over treatment in the forehead can result in heavy brows and hooded eyes. Our Consultants aim to achieve a natural result without ‘freezing’ your facial expression.
WHAT IS THE RISK OF A DROOPY EYELID?
Toxin given in the right concentration and in the correct position should avoid a droopy eyelid. If this has happened due to treatment elsewhere, our Consultants can advise and treat to reverse the droop.

FEATURES, ADVANTAGES, & BENEFITS FOR OUR PATIENTS
Consultants Dr Rachna Murthy, and Dr Jonathan Roos, both teach other medical professionals how to safely manage complications of BoNTA Neurotoxin in an effort to raise standards across the aesthetic industry.
The treatment for toxin complications is entirely dependent on your individual circumstances.
After an initial consultation and thorough discussion with our renowned oculoplastic surgeons, you will receive a bespoke management plan aimed at alleviating your symptoms.
Although it sounds counterintuitive, many treatments involve further botulinum toxin injections to balance and harmonise the previous effects. Some eyelid treatments may include prescription eye drops that will help counteract the results until the toxin wears off.
Is Botulinum Toxin treatment reversible?
Botulinum Toxin has no “antidote” – it is not, technically, reversible. However, this does not rule out the possibility of treatment for complications. There are several therapeutic methods available to mitigate the effects of neurotoxin. Another benefit is that the effects of botulinum toxin are not always lasting.
The best approach to find out if “toxin reversal” therapy is available is to schedule a consultation with one of our experts.
