I saw Dr Murphy and Dr Roos for an upper blepharoplasty early this year. They are both extremely knowledgable and real experts in their field. They are friendly and warm which immediately put me at ease from our first consultation and also took time to explain the procedure to me and answer any questions I had. The upper blepharoplasty was easy and painless and I had no bruising after. I am very happy with the results. They were very careful to only remove excess skin and not too much (I suffer from Dry eye) so I would have no issues closing my eyes fully. Since then I have continued seeing them for a few other treatments. They are also always very responsive on email or text.

From the moment I made my enquiry to the end of my procedure Jonathan Roos and Rachna Murthy made me feel so at ease. I would like to say that they are the most professional and caring drs I have ever had. From my pre-meeting, a WhatsApp group was set up and going forward they constantly kept in touch with me. So if I had any questions etc they immediately replied and also kept in touch with me. I felt no pain whatsoever and the best of it was no bruising which enabled me to go back to work after a few days. None of my clients noticed my stitches which was fab. I would like to mention that I had this procedure done several years ago and I did have bruising etc and although the outcome was good, the experience and care I had this time did not compare. They truly are an amazing team. Why would you not want two drs treating you from start to finish!! What I also found amazing was it was not about taking excess skin off, prior to the procedure a full eye test was carried out to check the condition and health of my eyes to ensure all was good. I never had this before and I know from some of my clients i deal with in my profession they have not had this done before . I would definitely say if you want your eyes done, go to an occuplasty surgeon as opposed to your run of the mill cosmetic surgeons as they are true specialists. From my consultation through to the post op care, I could not have possibly expected the care and consideration I received from Dr. Murthy and Dr Roos. I had been considering upper Blepharoplasty for some time and although this was something I wanted to do, I was still apprehensive before my consultation and again a few days before my op. Both doctors spent just over an hour with me at my consultation, talking me through what to expect and all the details of the operation. I also received a very informative pack outlining all the preparation and post op care. During the procedure, I was made to feel completely comfortable and was informed throughout. Afterwards any question I had about my recovery was immediately responded to, reassuring me every step of the way. I was recommended to Dr Murthy and can not recommend these two very talented surgeons enough. If Blepharoplasty is something you are considering, you should contact Face Restoration, and organise a consultation, you will most definitely not regret it. A truly professional and worthwhile experience.

Dr Roos and Dr Murthy are both very professional skilled surgeons. They make an excellent team and you are getting 2 experts which makes them unique. They discussed the best way forward for me and were realistic about the results so there were no false expectations. As well as being skilled surgeons the after care they offer is second to none. They set up a WhatsApp group so I could message them if I was concerned anytime about anything post op which was very helpful in early recovery. I have seen multiple other ‘top’ surgeons who made mistakes which caused me to look botched. I finally found people who not only managed to successfully correct the mistakes that past surgeons but who also genuinely care. I could not recommend them highly enough.
