Spill the Beans, Who Are Your Celebrity Clients?

Rachna: All our patients are celebrities to us. That’s what’s most important. We are very transparent about our prices. We look after everybody like Royalty from wherever they’re from and you know all our patients want to be discreet. So, you know, if your surgeon asks you to keep things quiet or if you are seeing surgeons talking about celebrities that they’ve treated then that’s not the surgeon for you.

Jonathan: One of the problems for celebrities is that they suffer from VIP syndrome. When they come to a doctor they get treated differently. Rachna and I have a policy of treating everyone exactly the same. Everybody gets the highest standard of care, the highest standard of warmth. Everybody pays the same and everybody ends up having the same amount of access to us. We don’t think it’s right to treat people differently because sometimes that actually causes problems and many VIPs end up being over treated and that’s really not good. The good thing for Rachna and me is that we know so little about celebrities that we’ve had really famous people come in and sit in these chairs, and we make small talk and we say, oh so you’re a singer, you know, if we want to see a concert where are you playing next?

Rachna: And then they said the O2 Center, can you believe that?

Jonathan: And we’re like, oh, the O2? And we realized that’s quite big and then it turned out this person was world famous and we hadn’t even heard of them.
